Bones swiss ceramics

Now Bones swiss ceramic bearings are what are really going to up your game out on the streets, in the rain, off the roads, down the hills, where ever you decide to take these, they'll go. That's not to say these are indestructible or don't need maintenance. But as long as you take care of them, they'll take care of you and as well as being waterproof and they resist dirt and water so your races don't sustain as much damage over time, with the care and precision put into all of these They'll surely last you until you've become tired of them. Bones has been around for quite some time and there's a reason they are, and let me tell you, I've been through all kinds of bearings and multiple other ceramics and nothing compares to the quality of bones, I ride them exclusively, not to say I won't touch others, but wouldn't trust anything but bones when it comes to tearing up the hills. To top things off they come pre-lubed and ready to roll right out of the package.

Bones swiss

Bones swiss bearings are simply an upgrade from the normal bones reds and although there isn't much difference it's definitely there. I may  not observe as closely as others but to be honest all I've found out of these bearings are a little extra life (before the bearing starts declining into 'poop') and the fact that they're American made which I always like to support. However, since I'm not into racing at 50+ mph these do make a big difference on the tracks especially after really greasing them down. They have a higher abec rating making them smoother and once greased are a lot less likely to blow out than most cheaper bearings. Although I'm not big on them they would give you that little extra edge amongst your friends or when hitting the hills, and are more than worth the money.

Bones reds

These bearings are by far the best bang for your buck that any bearing could deliver, for only a measly $16 these will get more mileage out of any other bearing for the price. There are bearings better than it, sure. But as reliable as they are for the money there's almost no reason to buy anything but reds, especially since you can simply clean these every week or so. In fact, I've had sets of reds last me literally years. That's more than you can say about most bearings too, you'd be surprised. I've had bearings blow out on me, break, and just crumble from setting foot on my board, never once have I had a set of reds just die on me like that. Actually the only time I've had a set of reds fail me was after riding in the rain, which is never a good idea to begin with, it rusts your trucks, destroys your bearings, and can warp your board. But even then, I've cleaned them right after rain sessions and they've been completely fine the next day. If you're not already familiar with bones reds bearings then be sure to check these out on our site or the next time you're in the shop, you most definitely won't regret it.
